Marina Jurica's NEXT Weather forecast and Pain In The Pass noted a brief cooling period at first, followed by a subsequent rise in temperatures. Additionally, News 9 highlighted rain and storm systems moving in, before a nice weekend. The Sacramento Bee reported the watch is extended to Southern California.
